The 11-to-12-hour long-duration flight is a crucial certification test flight for that exact Lufthansa airframe (N20080 / WH128).   Boeing has deployed the aircraft on an 11-hour and 14-minute mission from Everett up to 85° North, which is only about 300 nautical miles from the geographic North Pole.   Once officially delivered to Germany, it is slated to take the permanent German airline registration D-ABTG.  Below is her return from the flight!  Weather was not so good today as the rain begins.
